I was called out by a young lady who said that the pump on her furnace was knocking really loud and dripping oil. The lady was concerned because she was pregnant and didn't want the furnace to go out on her in the dead of winter. I was able to find a part for her within town. I was able to retrieve the new pump and install in her existing furnace in about an hours time.
