Rude customer service and intolerant policies I am a business owner in another State. I have a customer who we accidental charged $15 on the 1st of November, the error was caught and we refunded the charge the very same day. Apparently the charge overdrew the account and the bank charged 2 x $27.00 for overdrafts. I called the credit union and explained the issue, the credit union had no empathy what so ever, they would not reverse the charges nor would they reduce the charges to only one charge. In fact the lady hung up on me. I was explaining how most banks would reverse the charges giving the circumstances and the lady abruptly said well it are policy not reverse the charges if its not Midwest Credit Union fault and hung up!
If this is how they treat their clients and co-business owners its not a place to do business!
I've been in business for over 13 years and I know enough to know that Midwest Credit Union is a poor excuse for a credit union!
